Easter Socks

Last night I finished these:

Yarn: Mountain Colors Bearfoot, Colorway: Ruby River
Pattern: Widdershins, Generic Version

And promptly cast on this:

Yarn: Sportweight Superwash/Nylon from Scout's Swag, Colorway: Cerrillos Mine
Pattern: Toe-up Sock using Sherman short rows

Happy Easter, everyone!

Oh I'm liking that so far! I bet it will do some crazy pooling though.....I hope not! Or that you like that.

How do you like the yarn so far? I haven't knit with that new one yet.

I tried Mountain Colors for the first time last summer...the color is just amazing!!! Did you get it in Portsmouth?

Happy Easter! (which I managed to forget all about until I tried to go grocery shopping this morning...sheesh!)

Hope you're feeling better! Lovely socks. And Scout's yarn is great. Happy bunny day.

The ruby river is so subtle, or is it more vivid in person? Like the bold stripes of Scout's black and blue yarn!

Just found your blog through Queer Joe's today. Always exciting to find the blog of another knitting veterinarian!

I'll peek in frequently.
