...when life gives you too many apples to eat before Rhinebeck, make applesauce.*
We took it along and ate it there, and it was perfect.
As was Rhinebeck. A more proper accounting shall occur once I've had a chance to rest. And upload photos. And take some pics of my haul (hint: small but very expensive). Suffice to say, the kilt was a hit.
*At least, I think that's how I learned it.

You bought qiviut, didn't you?
Glad you made it home okay. Can't wait for the full accounting of the weekend!
Great to see you again. The kilt is awesome!
Ah, so you did end up buying something! Good. I can't wait to see what it was!
Glad you had fun!
Hooray, I've found you. Now I can commence to reading about you, and possibly ordering stuff.
(your fellow southerner from the dirty glass table at Riccardi's)
Mel, you're famous! Your picture is showing up all over Bloglandia; guess the kilt was a big hit (and I hear you were all too willing to show your boxers) :-)
Mel, the kilt was freaking gorgeous. My Utilikilts are all moping in envy today.
So now we can call you a saucy guy?
I was so glad to have met you and David, finally!
And yeah, the kilt was incredible. As are Carol's pictures of you in it, with the underneathies showing nicely. Heh.
Can't wait to spin that black baby alpaca. That was the only spinning fiber I bought. Well, considering how much I already have, I suppose I should be ashamed of having bought even that. Can't wait to see your pictures and your accounting. A glorious day, wasn't it?
