So I participated in a little bloggy gift exchange organized by Josh, and one of the rules was that we needed to take a photo of our gifts after we received them. The fleecy throw was the perfect shade of Virgin Mary blue and inspired this, um, slightly syncretic nativity scene.
Happy holidays too all of you this season!

LOVE this photo! I want to print and frame it - and write "Come all ye faithful" above it!
Or "The immaculate conception".
Mel, you crack me up. I hope some day I may return the favor! Cheers, and happy Christmahannukwanza!
Hilarious! The *babe* looks happy to help.
It's just as I thought - Tuck will save the world!
And a happy generic winter festive gathering with food to you, too! :)
I have a sneaky suspicion you fit into a long line of remarkably nontraditional "Mary"s and "Baby Jesus"s used around the world in children's Christmas plays ;-)
A wonderful day and season to you and yours!
Grace and Peace,
`tim
sweet! happy holidays from my house to yours!
Geez, Mel...the mismatched flannel is a problem...
Glad you're keeping Tuck warm...and the blue blanket over your head will give him something other than his lungs to think about :>)...
Fabulous Holidays...
I'm with Betsy, or were you being syncretic with the plaids as well?
This is so cute.
OH! Tuck is the cutest Baby Jesus ever! Gives new meaning to the 'What Child Is This?!?!!?' carol!
You are too funny!!!
