Tuck's New Sweater

Just a little over a month since I bought the yarn, and I finished it off this morning. I think that may be some kind of record.

As soon as I finished weaving in the last end, I put it on him. Since his natural tendency when I get down on his level is to run over and give me kisses, getting a good shot of it in use proved a bit more challenging. It's quite form-fitting, which is exactly what I was going for, and he's very pleased with it.

  7. Tuck looks very handsome in his new sweater! I like the stripes. My mom is thinking of making one for me (‘cept she is eyeballing the pink cotton-ease...) Grrr! *
I always run right over when she is picture taking too, but that is more about, “whatta ya got for me?” than kisses. The alpha male has to keep the lady in line; she has to earn those kisses! Bark!
    * I get mistaken for a pig already!

  13. My boy, Tuck, looks pret-ty darn dapper in that sweater! Great job, Mel! Now you need to knit him little boots for the harsh Maine snows this winter! Better hurry too from what I hear! Mum got 6" up in The County last week!

  19. Great Fit! I keep meaning to make a sweater for my MinPin (who loves wearing clothes for some reason), but she's tiny and her chest is so big.. it might require some finagling.
